What if my item is damaged?
If something is wrong and is our fault, we'll make it right. Defects due to craftsmanship or materials are covered by our Common Decency Guarantee for as long as you own the product. If your product fails due to a defect, we will repair it, replace it, or refund your money (at our discretion), depending on product availability. Please contact us at email@example.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
What if I received the wrong item?
Let's get you what you ordered! We would be happy to exchange the wrong item for the correct item at no additional cost to you. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the process started.
What items are returnable?
Unused items purchased in the last 30 days.
How do I return my bundle or part of my bundle?
Returning bundles requires a different process. Email us at email@example.com to initiate your bundle return.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 2-5 business days.
